Club Royale phone line - waiting for hours

Has anyone had any success getting thru on the club royale line? I've been trying for 2 days, and have sat on hold for over an hour and a half each time before giving up.

Called them on Fri morning and got right through.

Well, tried again today using both numbers, and sat for another hour and a half listening to the recording... frustrating.

I connected after 1 hour 28 minutes on hold.

If it makes you feel any better, I gave up contacting MSC's equivalent.

So weird...I called Club Royale again yesterday like 4PM and they picked right up.

Well, I got thru today after about 20 mins.  All good now. I went thru option 2 "new reservation".

When does the Prime annual free inside cabin appear in the account.

I had been told around the 15th, but I'm not aware if that's been published anywhere.  I'm checking daily...

I've been on hold with Club Royale over 1.5 hours trying to make a minor change to a booking.  So frustrating !

19th of April last year for us.

Same thing for Celebrity’s Blue Chip Club. 1 1/2 to 2 hours is a common wait time, but on occasion, you might get lucky and get someone in just 3-4 min. If the offer is really,  really good, don’t give up! Just put your phone on speakerphone and go about your business until someone answers.

Have done the same and it works well. Just booked my annual offer today.
