Wonder what the terms are (the asterisk)?

 

It would seem New Crystal's plan is to charge rather high prices, then unveil promotions to goose sales as needed.   Sounds more like a mass market cruise tactic.

No, these days everyone is doing it. Have certainly seen the same from Silversea.

Regent is doing this too…I don’t think they are mass market!
