Art classes

On sea days are art classes?

If you are meaning ones where you learn to paint etc, I have never seen them but probably not something I would have taken notice of so they may exist.

They were definitely available on the recent Moon crossing.

No idea how good they were as they were of no interest to me.

I think you'll only have them offered on itineraries with the majority of days being sea days, not the sort of itineraries that are mostly port days.

They were very much available on the Dawn transatlantic, every morning around 11. On the final day, there was a champagne showing of their work in Dolce Vita. For people who went every day, the curriculum built on itself, but anyone could dip in at any time.

 

They were taught by a lovely artist from California. Although I didn’t take any classes, I very much enjoyed the exhibit and chatting with the instructor.

Does the cruise line offer art/craft classes if there are lots of sea days on the voyage?

There were arts and crafts classes on the Nova during the sea days on the Atlantic crossing in November.  They were held in the observation lounge.

Ditto for the WB TA on Dawn last month.  They were held in the S.A.L.T. restaurant on Dawn, with a 'showing' at the end of the cruise.
