Cheers Package out of Galveston

I have a quick easy question. If you have the Cheers package and are sailing from Galveston, when are you able to start using it?

Is it the same for non-alcohol drinks?

Galveston, New York, and I think Mobile are different because of Carnival opting not to sell the package at all day 1 vs doing it in a way that would abide by state laws.

I think @TxTeach79 means across the board on the package - alcohol, soda, specialty coffees, etc.

They even have completely separate Texas liquor that gets boxed up and put away once they reach international waters. I've literally been at the Lobby Bar while it happens.

Does this mean that you can’t use your Cheers package on debarkation day at the Java Bar for a coffee since you are back in Galveston?

That's correct. Debarkation morning is treated like the first part of day 1. You have to buy your coffee that morning at ports that didn't have Cheers day 1.
