Some people have reported success doing this via chat on the website, but others have been unable to get help by chat to cancel reservations. The best bet is to make a phone call to NCL. complawyer Posted April 14, 2023 #6 Share Posted April 14, 2023 dont worry about it, it's not very complicated. just wait until you get in your cabin, pick up the phone, dial reservations, and tell them you're cancelling. as far as i know there is no penalty for a no show even if you didnt give cancellation notice, and, i understand that if you dont show up within 15 minutes of your reservation time, it gets cancelled automatically. this is not something you need to worry about 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I also just walked up to the specialty dining room I was interested in that night and asked if they had room. I was never turned down ( but I eat round 6pm, so being early might have to do with it).
