Sky - embarkation lunch

I have read in various places about the embarkation day lunch served in one of the main dining rooms. I have also read many many comments from people who either didnt know about it, or claim it doesnt exist.

Assuming it does exist - which MDD is it usually served in and at what time?

In my experience it is usually on deck 6 mid ship

Normally, midship deck 6 MDR 1200-130pm.  The crew usually will say go to the Lido buffet. So, some guests may think it’s not open.

 

Only once, has it not been open on a cruise for us. Staff shortage, they said. We didn’t believe them, so we went to check for ourselves.

Estrella which also has the Club Class section (now renamed ) and open usualy 1230 to 1330

The DR that has the Club/Reserve Dining section is the one that is open for breakfast and lunch.  Breakfast every day and lunch on sea days, plus turnover/boarding day.  It is posted in the Patter (Events Calendar???).
