Cruising out of New Orleans in 2024

I am not seeing any dates.  Is there a reason?

I think they move the ships during hurricane season.

Yes, most cruise lines deploy their ships to other areas during hurricane season. for example breakaway is not sailing in the med.  It will be back to NOLA in the fall.

They move ships all the time-- re-deployment.  With the Viva sailling in the Caribbean beginning in December, they are going to have to make room for Her someplace.  Hurricane Season is 1 June until 1 November in the Caribbean.

Last week I saw breakaway out of n.o for March.

Interesting ly, they will sail 2 days no pax for reposition ing n.o to Miami on 1st week of April.

 

Great for the crew, horrible for me.

Will probably be on breakaway last week March and will also be on her 1st week Miami.

So i have to fly to Miami and book hotel near pier for 2 days :(

They have to go without passengers, unless they visit a distant foreign port.  See the PVSA..
