Long wait to disembark in Vancouver?

We will be disembarking the Majestic Princess in Vancouver on June 10, and have heard the process there is very slow.  We have a tour scheduled to pick us up at Canada Place at 9:30.  If anyone has recently disembarked there, do you think we can make it off the ship and be able to meet our tour bus by 9:30?   It is not a post cruise tour booked with Princess.  Thank you.

It was a very speedy process when we just disembarked Grand Princess in Vancouver 20 May. If you register for self disembarkation you keep your luggage with you and they were very early walk off times.

We just disembarked on Sunday with three ships in port.  Walk-offs (at least for our ship - we were the second to arrive) started pretty much on time.  There was a delay getting luggage to the terminal and we were told customs was doing a more thorough inspection of luggage so those who put their luggage out the night before were delayed a bit.  We had a cruise line excursion so were a fairly early luggage tag number.   By then the terminal was already a bit chaotic but lines for customs moved fairly quickly.  I wouldn't be surprised if it got slower though as more people disembarked.  

 

I suggest walking off with all your luggage and you should be fine.

Walk off with your luggage (self assist early) and use the elevator to go up to the Pan Pacific Hotel...very easy and quick to do. Have your tour company meet you curbside.
