BOOKING NOT FOUND??

Inside My Cruise Personailser there is a link to "Upgrade your cabin"  - there it says 

Get Upgraded

Enter your booking information below to get upgraded on your Cruise.
 
After entering the info , I get -- "Your booking was not found."
 
I really dont know who does P&O's website ???

Give your deposit time to be confirmed into their account, Your Cruise Control access is instant, but other things are not switched on until they have the deposit confirmed.

yeah I know what you mean.

Are you using the app or are you online?

Had a similar experience, then swapped to the web site, then it worked, came back to the app and it too was ok.

How long ago? The site, as with the other Carnival brands, is "pragmatic" when it comes to trusting payment - usually 72hr minimum from the time of payment for their systems to acknowledge it and function accordingly.

Geoff is probably right, maybe its a time thing.

But I'm pretty sure I checked my booking the next morning and it had the room upgrade offer.

But I did have a room number allocated. Do you have an allocated room number? If not that may have some bearing also.

But at this stage if nothings showing go with Geoff and check in in two days.

Let us know what happens.

Direct to P and O or to a T/A ? If the latter they might be hanging on to your $$$$$$.

Even if a T/A forwards funds immediately, it takes around 72 hours for the cruise line systems to accept you. The same happens with Princess medallion - you can do the personaliser straight after booking, but the app will not recognise the cruise until they have receipted the deposit.
