I’ve been reading, reading, reading to get caught up but had to reply to this. I live in MN, but was at this restaurant two months ago. I thought the menu looked familiar. It’s really close to my sister’s house.

We love the food there.

Enchiladas de pollo, papas con churizo and the steak. Pink Agave is my new favorite Virgin restaurant. The wait between courses was a little long, but these dishes are incredible.

I wasn't feeling great the night we went to Pink Agave and didn't eat much. I don't remember what my deal was (too much booze, too much sun, too little sleep...?) but looking forward to trying it again, this all looks good.
