Those shrimp are so flavorful. I could have them everyday. Definitely in my top five of favorites on Virgin. I would order more but I have to save room for dessert.

Enchiladas de pollo, papas con churizo and the steak. Pink Agave is my new favorite Virgin restaurant. The wait between courses was a little long, but these dishes are incredible.

I wasn't feeling great the night we went to Pink Agave and didn't eat much. I don't remember what my deal was (too much booze, too much sun, too little sleep...?) but looking forward to trying it again, this all looks good.
