Booking dining reservations - How soon does it open up?

Just wondering how soon does booking open up for dining reservations before your cruise? On the app or online? Cruising in May of 24 and want to book the Hibachi dinner as I know it fills up quick, (not doing a dining package) Thank-you

Typically 9-12 months in advance however, I have one that just opened and it is 7 months out and I have one that is 16 months out that is already available for booking.  No idea why the difference.  You just have to keep checking your planner.

My oct 2024 harmony dining is open, but may 2024, 5 months earlier is not open.

 

Here is oct 2024 harmony 8 day  . Opened a week or so ago.
