Blue Chip Club email “offers” with no offer

I have received Blue Chip Club email “offers” two days in a row now that contained no offer.  It said to use the promo code below, but there was no promo code.  There was a link to choose a cruise, but when I clicked on it, I landed on a page that stated the offer had expired.

 

Is anybody else getting these non-offer emails?

I get the same email.  Offer had expired?  Why send it?

Same here on the last two Blue Chip "offers" I've received....

Clicked on the link within an hour after receiving and got,   "This promotion is no longer available."

Seems like Celebrity Blue Chip Club is broken.

At least you got an “offer”? 🤣 I haven’t seen anything since January. I expect someone will need to call for further explanation. 🙂 Hope your hold time isn’t terrible.

I just spoke to BCC.   0 wait time to be connected.   Rep said the emails with no offer code that have been sent out today was a technical error and the hope to have it fixed

by end of today so corrected one can be sent out.   I also enquired whether free veranda offers were a thing of the past.  He said free veranda offers still exist, and will be sent whenever they are released to BCC, depends on cabin vacancies and time of year

I had the same exact experience today as to the no offer code and asking about free verandas. Not sure how many free veranda offers will be coming with summer on the way and ships filling up but they sure were a big surprise when opening those emails.

I’ve gotten the same 2 blank offer emails. I hope they fix it soon, and like you, I really hope the free balcony offers return at some point!!

And I've never gotten one!  My son, who hasn't sailed in several years and rarely gambles, got one but I sail 8-9 times a year and gamble modestly and never get any.  Oh well - hope it gets resolved for those involved.

I suspect the free verandah offers will be paused for the summer and then may come back in the fall depending on occupancy rates. We were recently on the Edge and were surprised at how quiet the casino was. We played less because the atmosphere was not as fun (and I don't like playing BJ at tables with one other person). I suspect the lack of BCC offers is playing a part. It seems Alaska occupancy has been weak this summer, but I have not seen any offers for Alaska. Hopefully Carribean offers will start back up soon. California/Mexico itineraries also seem weak, so perhaps those offers may come back for the left coasters.
