Breweries/fun bars & local fare in "Oktoberfest capitals"

OK...we are in Hamburg, Aarhus, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Oslo & Rotterdam.

We have long days in ports (8-12 hrs) & either short excursions planned or none at all.

We love to wander a city & try local fare & local drinks.

Is there anywhere in the above cities that anyone could recommend?

If you are looking for October parties, I think you have gone to the wrong cities - there are, however, many beer events - here are examples in Copenhagen - If you are looking for something specific, it would be a good idea to provide more details and dates.

When are you traveling? Oslo does have an Oktoberfest tent, but it is only set up for a short period and only open on certain days of the week.

If you’re looking for local breweries, Amundsen is very close to the Akershuskai cruise pier, if that’s where you will be docking in Oslo. It’s right behind the city hall. Beer Palace at nearby Aker Brygge doesn’t brew their own but serves several microbrews on tap.

 

Oslo Mikrobryggeri is the city’s oldest, and Schouskjelleren (the second oldest) is built into the cellar of the old Schous brewery and has a bit of a medieval beer-hall feel with a vaulted stone ceiling and large fireplace at one end.

 

Don’t expect any of them to be too lively during the day if it’s not a weekend.

Question:  I see via your link that Copenhagen is have having what is listed, 

"Copenhagen Ocktoberfest" the weekend we'll be there.  Would you happen to have more information or link to activities?

Yes, we'll be docking 14/9 and flying out 16/9
