I'd have to go look but the July 4th code was $10 off.

North lot is closest if it's not booked up. It has some inside parking, pot luck, whatever is open when you get there.

I booked months ago for next Sunday and paid for covered parking. I noticed that it does not seem to be bookalble any more when I was checking for a future cruise. I am glad you confirmed this before I arrived on Sunday and started the cruise very irritated. I have a couple days to get over it.

ETA: Well, I just checked again and it is possible to book covered at the North Lot. Maybe the site was funky when I checked a week or so again. Very strange.

Keep this tip to yourself, but for the RCCL North Covered Lot...it can help to park closer to the "right end" as you enter the space.  Upon return, porters are allowed to go as far as the taxi area "just beyond" the right end of the north covered lot.  Can make for a much easier luggage haul.

And keep your entrance barcode email in the car, it is often required to "scan" upon final exit of the lot.
