Delays in Princess "Come Back and Play" offers being put into computer system - anyone else?

We disembarked the Ruby Princess on June 16th with a generous "Come Back and Play" offer. I've made multiple attempts to book another cruise (the latest attempt being today, 3 weeks after disembarking); however, I'm being told that the offer is still not showing up in their system. Does anyone know of a contact person at Princess that can get this offer put into the system?

 

We had hoped to use this on a September Alaska cruise, but with the delay, it's looking less likely that that will happen.

Same issue here since 6/18. It is as if all the minor deals get loaded and the good ones don’t. Our bounce back is for free balcony and $600 free play per person

After about a month they finally said they found it but after an hour conversation and being charged the free play has never shown up all we got was the free balcony which we paid to upgrade to a full suite. Our CVP is now trying to get it all put back together

UPDATE:

 

The offer (comped mini-suite, Princess Plus and $1500 free play) finally showed up in my listings on 7/10/23. However, when I tried to use it, it would not apply to any cruise. Apparently there was some "glitch" that wouldn't let the offer be used and it needed to be "further escalated", which the Navigator promised to do. To be honest, I wasn't holding my breath, but this time, the wheels turned swiftly.

 

On 7/12/23 I received a phone call from Ian, one of the Navigators in the Casino booking department, saying they had straightened out the issue and could book the cruise for me (with all the perks) immediately, which was done. VERY impressed and thankful for the excellent customer service shown by Princess casino booking staff for their resolution to the problem.

Just got the same offer yesterday, on Caribb Princess. Guess have to wait as well, to call. But now we are able to call Princess vacation planners, instead of the casino Phone #, which has been in the Phillipines, since Nov.

This is good to hear. I booked a Come back and Sail cruise a few days ago. First the rep told me "No Panama Canal" so I read the offer to him. He then had me email a copy of the offer, which I did. Still my $600 free play did not show up. He "escalated" it...I received the offer in June and had until 7/24 to book it. The offer showed up on my Circle/Onboard Credit page so why they can't book it - who knows. I was told on the 24th it will be done in 10-14 days. I don't like that the book by date has expired and the free play still doesn't show but nothing more I can do but hope they fix it like they did with yours.

You almost Have to use a CVP nowadays to utilize your comp offers.

The phone # on the voucher puts you into the overseas Call center.😝

Good luck with that.

Get a CVP.  🤩

You won't get the runaround baloney, and "escalating" nonsense.

The phone# is on Princess Comp thread.... I should have phone# memorized by now.😆

The problem is a CVP cannot book using a bounce back offer. We finally got overseas to recognize our offer and a payment was made and of course it was totally messed up. Plus show on the app not the travel summary and free play is not showing. Our CVP is now trying to get it straightened out

I know you've said before that your Cvp said they cannot book that.

 

Our CVP..... Did book our (bounceback) Come back & play offer.

I did Not have to call & deal with overseas call center, and won't anymore.

I'm sold on our  CVP for booking all our comp Casino offers, including Come back & Play.

They are now able to do it, started in June!! So much easier than calling the Philippines, where they made so many errors.

So, here I am sitting, still waiting to get my $600 free play added. Ridiculous to have to wait. Maybe I should have held back paying for the "free" cruise but that would only have screwed me out of the cruise altogether since I only had until 7/24 to book and pay. The offer was on my account back in June, I complied with all the rules - why can't they?
