emailing global casino

Anyone else having trouble getting in touch with global inregards to verifying perks I have 3 weeks ago still nothing so 5 days ago again nothing any suggestions?

I guess thats all we can do -I did call carnival and had them transfer to the casino dept but I got nowhere they all couldnt answer my questions and talked to 3 different people

I have emailed.  I get a return email telling me that they are very busy and will respond as soon as possible - which means never

 

Because of the stupid response, I will reply email with that same email, "when ??" ever week.

when saying email - do you mean the form on the website? I just used it recently and got an email response in about 3 days

I give up.  I wish that they had a phone number that would allow us to speak to a person. And, yes I am using the e-mail on the website.

My PCC told me that she has no communication with the casino either.  This is ridiculous.  They just send the, "we are busy and will get back to you soon", but they never do.
