Rare oskidunker Posted July 31, 2023 #4 Share Posted July 31, 2023 You can bring at least 6 bottles. Corkage fee of $25.00 applies if you drink in the dining room . Not worth it,,in my opinion unless you have some really high end wine.
rljan Posted July 31, 2023 #5 Share Posted July 31, 2023 The Oceania website says you are allowed to bring 6 bottles per cabin aboard. There is no charge if the wine is consumed in the cabin. There is a $25.00 per bottle corkage fee if consumed in restaurants or public areas.

MEFIowa Posted July 31, 2023 #7 Share Posted July 31, 2023 While the "official policy" says wine, I brought beer, hard liquor and wine on board at embarkation and at the various ports while on Riviera (12/2021) and Sirena (11/2022). No questions asked, no searching. Just drink your own beer and hard liquor in your own cabin. You can pay the corkage fee to drink your own wine in the restaurants.
Rare BSR Posted August 21, 2023 #8 Share Posted August 21, 2023 Do you pack your wine and hard liquor in your suitcase or carry it own?

When we bring onboard at embarkation, we have the wine/liquor store pack in a cardboard box, slap a label on it and hand to the porters with our luggage. If we are bringing onboard at a port, just hand carry in a bag or in our backpack.
loge23 Posted August 22, 2023 #10 Share Posted August 22, 2023 Only one O cruise so far, but our impression was that it's not worth bringing your own onboard when the ship offers such a good wine list as well as the by-the-glass menu. Tack on the $25 corkage for DR service and it only makes sense for the most expensive of vintages - and those, I prefer to enjoy at home. Cheers!
