Web check in problem

Does anyone have a phone # or a live chat option for MSC? I am having problems with the web log-in and their "technical department" cannot seem to help at all.

When you call the main customer service number, I know that one of the options is for technical assistance with the website and web check-in. Is that the number you already tried?

Is it a "check in" problem or a "log in" problem?

 

How far are you getting before you hit the problem and what message are you seeing?

Are you using a mobile or computer web to login/sign on ?

Problem is with web check-in, and I am using a Mac.

Hi,

Try both Safari and Chrome.  Some web sites work with one but not the other.

Try both sides and it still says I have incomplete information. This is the error message that i get.

We are assuming you are within 20 days of departure?

Ahhh…officially you can’t get your travel docs until 20 days  before your cruise.  Interestingly I was sent the link to one cruise 31 days before.  The other I could on,y get to the docs on the website at 20 days.  EM

I had a few problems with Web Check-In too when we had about 50-60 days for departure: kept erasing my phone number; couldn't register credit car; couldn't upload photo...

 

Decided to try to do it on MSC for Me app. It said I could only do it 30 days before. Did it 25 days before departure, everything went smoothly (except for the pic - no upload) and I ghave the e-tickets with me 22 days before departure.

Then that is your problem. Wait until 20 or less days from your cruise.
