cabinluvn Posted August 4, 2023 #1 Share Posted August 4, 2023 We are arriving to Copenhagen a day early and have the transfer from airport to ship the next day. There is no mention of where to meet the transfer people in any of my paperwork or emails. I am assuming it in the arrival area of the airport, but do not know if there is a special area or there will be people holding HA signs. Anyone that has transferred shore to ship in Copenhagen that would have that info? Thanks
Rare Mary229 Posted August 4, 2023 #2 Share Posted August 4, 2023 If you are NOT using a HAL hotel then go back to the airport near luggage claim and look for the HAL reps.

Bxc53 Posted August 4, 2023 #5 Share Posted August 4, 2023 We always go at least a day early and often use the cruise line transfer for convenience . As others have said, just pretend you are arriving the day of the cruise and go to baggage claim unless signage indicates otherwise. For example Seattle has a dedicated cruise transfer area, well marked.
Rare FlaMariner Posted August 4, 2023 #6 Share Posted August 4, 2023 We've always seen the lady with the HAL clipboard in baggage claim.

Internationally, that is a secure area. Should be outside of bag claim/Customs. The OP will not be able to walk into the bag claim area to meet the HAL agent. My bad....thought she was there with the clipboard when we were at Schipol....and Santiago...and Rome.....Either way, she's easy to spot. Just keep moving. You will see her. mexico8 Posted August 6, 2023 #9 Share Posted August 6, 2023 We took a ship transfer from the Bordeaux airport and we went to the airport and found the rep near the baggage claim area (outside the secure area. We had flown in a few days earlier.)
