Bottled water question

When I tried to add the Evian bottled water to the cart, there’s no option to select 12 or 24 bottles. Is it the same price for 12 and 24?  Or are the bottle sizes different?

You will have the option of quantity when you reserve.

You pick the quantity after you click reserve and pick a person to assign it to

I got as far as the credit card payment entry and there was no option to select sizes.

It's on the page where you select your name to purchase, select 12 or 24 and add to cart. There is no size to chose, only comes in 1lt

once you click to reserve it will give you the choice of 12 or 24 and then the price will change.  I just today reserved it for my cruise and its 30.99 for 12 and 54.99 for 24

Yes. I selected the name. No other options there. Next is credit card.   Is it different in the app?

I’m at the payment page and it’s ready to charge me for the water but I’m still not able to select 12 x 1L or 24 x 1L. They can’t be the same price.

What happens when you hit reserve now?

OK. I get the same thing. You go all the way to final step and still don't get to pick 12 or 24.

Do it in planner not the app. No problem there.

Thank you RyderJ201!  It worked on the planner indeed.  I didn’t think of the planner and was just driving myself crazy trying to place the order.

The app is pretty bad for most pre-cruise purchases.  I always used the website as there is far more functionality and way more things in there than on the app.  App is good for onboard.

Your welcome. At first I didn't realize you were using the app. I never use the app for purchases. It's just too buggy. Royal is notorious for bad IT. Lol

We have 3 cabins booked and I would like to purchase the 24 pack for all of us to use. Are we able to share with the other cabins? When ordering it states no sharing.
