What ships do reservations and what ships don't?

The one's that don't do reservations in advance. Do they do reservations when you board? Or is every show first come first serve?

Summary:

All Oasis class ships have some shows that require reservations.  Usually they can all be booked pre-cruise or on board.

All Quantum class ships have one show that requires reservations - it's whatever show is in Two70.  Other shows are first come, first seated.

All other ships are just first come, first seated.  No reservations required, no reservations available.

Icon is in a class by itself, and will doubtlessly be like Oasis class, reservation-wise.

Other than the small, dedicated comedy venue on O class ships, you are very likely to be able to get into any show on any ship, regardless if reservations are available or not.
