Shares OBC Request Turnaround Time

Emailed request two days ago and received acknowledgement today of OBC amounts for three upcoming cruises. Great service. Used the following address: shareholders@carnival.com.

Sent ours on July 22nd, 2023 and notified that it was approved on July 26th, 2023.  We sent and received the email from guestadmin@carnival.com

I have to wait until the annual shareholders meeting in April for our cruised booked in October 2024.

I did receive shareholder OBC for our two cruises coming up this September.

Why? I got OBC approved for a June 2024 cruise back in May.

The approval to grant shareholders OBC was approved to cover through July. So it makes sense @Beav1279 your June booking was approved. And makes sense for @VentureMan_2000 to hold off submitting their Oct '24 booking.

I submitted for my bookings through May '24 with intent to submit my Sept '24 after the next shareholder meeting.

I send my requests to guestadmin@carnival.com and typically receive approval in just a few days.

Mine was approved the same day! Now that’s service!

For my cruise last month, when I emailed my information it, I received a response and my credit within 3 hours. I always use the shareholders@carnival.com address that it says to use on the form.

 

I assume the guestadmin@ email takes longer since someone has to forward the email to the correct department?

I had 2 submitted within 2 weeks of each other, the first took a day, the second was approved the same day. I was shocked at how quick!

I got mine the same day as well. It should have been $50 but somehow it's $75 so I'll take it.

How many days is your cruise?  I didn't know $75 OBC was available.

Got ours in 1 day and 22 hours for April 2024 cruise.
