Working for me.  Able to pull up my cruise booked for December. I will say that the site does get "weird" from time to time. I booked 2 rooms with 2 booking numbers and at times one of the bookings will not show up so I have to re-enter it.

About 15 minutes ago it said it would be back up by 7:00am Eastern, but apparently they are having more issues than they thought, so just removed the deadline.

The site works but you can't book. I called as well and they can't do anything on their end either. I was at the payment for a Deluxe Ocean View room with cheers on a casino rate for Monday. Now I don't know if it went through or not. Good times!

Soooo I went to make a payment for $100 on my December cruise....and instead, it paid in full! Glad I had enough credit line on the card I was using to take that $2200 payment!

I have bookings disappear also occasionally. Logging out and logging back in clear up the issue just about every time.

I was trying to change a credit card for a cruise next week and doesn't want to work.  I'm wondering if that is linked to this and if it will clear up or if I have to call.

In case anyone else needs a work around for printing docs:

 

I needed to print a couple of luggage tags.

 

If the page is in your history, that will work despite the site being down. This also worked for boarding passes. Just search for the booking number in your history and click the pages that show up.

Not quite.  I can get to my booking but can't book a new cruise.
