that's what we did!  Helicopter to the mendenhall glacier!  A trip of a life time. Helicopter was awesome!

This was when he was drilling a spout for glacier water. I did get and drink a bottle. He says it’s 700 years old.

I never thought that a big dirty piece of ice could be so cool, but now here we are... Pretty nice glacier...

Here comes the drama. This group we just ran into has a screaming crying young kid (in yellow) and the kid has to be taken back. The guid for the other group lied on the radio saying that we were at the end so our guide could do it. Our guide got on the radio and called baloney sandwiches on that saying he isn’t cutting our tour short.
