How can I view the details of my "Final Onboard Bill"?

My wife and I were on Nieuw Statendam from August 2nd to August 9th.

We did NOT avail ourselves of the chance to look at our final onboard bill on the stateroom's tv.

I do NOT have the HAL app.

I do of course have a login on the hollandamerica.com page where I did my online check in.

I've gone back there and selected many tabs, but after much experimentation I am unable to view the details of what I "spent onboard". Some laundry, etc.

HOW might I ( a non-app member) view my itemized bill?

If you log into your account on the Holland America website and go to Already Booked, then My Account, then My Cruise History you will find all your cruises. Each one will have a link to your final statement as a pdf. Click on that to view or download.

If you were on a linked BTB, the statement will be attached to the first of the linked cruises.

The approach you took in the previous response should work as well

Thank you @richwmn

I will try to accomplish your step by step directions.

I'll come back to the thread later and report back if I was successful or not.

Anyway, thanks again 🙂

Thank you. That's something that has been added recently. Certainly wasn't there after our Jan/Feb cruise. Of course, it's under DH's history since he was Passenger #1.

So...I am coming back to report the final step is not available to me.

I've left the tab open though.

I went to "Already Booked"

I selected "My Account"

It's on the other tab that is open

The screen displays my one and only HAL cruise...which was earlier this month...Nieuw Statendam Aug. 2 - the 9th.

I personally do not see any link to my final statement.

Tapping on anything and everything on that page accomplishes nothing.

It takes a bit of time for the pdf to appear, and I believe 2 weeks is about the time frame.

It has been on the App for quite a while. I think it was added to the website within the last couple of months.

I could download but not view by clicking on "Onboard Statement (PDF)"

As @richwmn said, maybe you need to wait a few more days for it to appear.

Added: I was using Chrome.

On the same page, for me it everything except  "Onboard statement (pdf)". Interesting.

I just did some quick checking.

The pdf selection does NOT appear with any browser on a computer using Windows 10.

The pdf selection does appear with Windows 11 on Firefox and Chrome, but NOT Edge

The pdf selection does appear with Linux on Firefox and Chrome.

Those are the only combinations I can check.

Interesting, I was using an up to date version of Chrome (I believe) on my Win10 and it didn't. Also, the Win11 experience is closer to a table and is different than the Win10 experience.

My Android tablet with Chrome also shows the PDF

Inconsistency, thy name is HAL working with browsers!

I just went into Chrome again on Win10. I got a message that it had been updated and it now shows the PDF option. Checked Firefox, it updated as well but no PDF

iPad using both Chrome and Safari works. Interesting how different combinations work. It might help to make sure that everything on the user end is updated.

My Windows versions on both machine are the home, not pro, versions

In case anyone cares....it's me... the OP

Anyway....I got my statement from HAL because someone answered my email and provided it to me there....provided me an attachment of my Final Onboard Bill.

I'm glad.

Carry on without me though.... 😉
