Right now the website is not working, when I go to my itinerary it lists all the ports but when I click on a port to look at the excursions that are available nothing comes up.

 

I am, however, able to access them through the app.

How do you get to them using the App? Does the web based App also work? I tried web app but could not find a link to Excursions.

On the phone app under Journey View there is a link for Shore excursions. I just hope this is not an attempt to put more pre-cruise tasks app only.

Nope, still can't see the Excursions on the app, using my Android phone. Just the one I already have reserved. Nothing happens when I tap or hold the "View Excursions" bar for the other ports.

I can see the excursions and even select one and put it in my cart but I can't check out after I have added it to my cart.  I get an error message apologizing along with a link so that I can access my cruise again.  I have called Princess and am currently waiting for a call back.  (Fingers crossed!)

Somehow, as soon as Princess called me back, I was able to finish purchasing our excursions!

Makes it seem like they do something to fix the "block", but then I presume they never admit to this nor explain what their issues are.
