Thanks for posting the wine selections.  Would you happen to know if you have the basic fas drink package and order the $20 flight are you charged the 20 or is it the $5 over $15 limit?

The flights are not included in the package. But,,, you can build your own flight, two drinks at a time,,,, for free!

 

Who needs small glasses when you can get full sized drinks. 😁

Ahhh I’ll have to remember to do that…order two of what’s in the flight and have dh order two….then I will have it all!  And then some.  👍🏻

How far is the walk if you don't mind?

We are pretty heaty folks and would prefer to walk than ride if is under a few miles (and not pouring). And thank you again for taking the time to post all of the info! Looks so gorgeous - 19 days to go!!!!!!

Excellent pictures of Juneau, bird. The shuttle line looks a bit daunting. Hopefully it's not too far of a walk to town. Currently nothing on my plan for that port.

It’s about a mile. Slightly hilly. Industrial port and area.

We’re sailing in less than 2 weeks. Having never sailed out of Seattle, I’m guessing this layout will make sense once we arrive?

You are just charged the overage plus the gratuity for that portion.

The Birds spent a lovely afternoon in Juneau taking in the views and walking through the rainforest at the top of Mount Roberts. You can stroll like The Birds or so some serious hiking along the trials at the top of the mountain 1800 feet above the docks.

The Birds can confirm that the lovely mascarpone bread at Ocean Blue is no more 😢. It has been replaced with a “rustic French bread”. 

 

The Birds quizzed the waiter, Maitre D, and the Executive Sous Chef of Ocean Blue and they all gave the “party line” that it was an evolution of Ocean Blue menu and not cost cutting…. 
 

Farewell mascarpone bread… we will miss you

The Latitudes free bottle of wine with dinner list is larger than The Bird has seen on any cruise this year. Not quite back to pre-pandemic, but better than two selections per category.
