Thoughts on the different dining rooms on Beyond,

Cosmopolitan, Tuscan, Normandie, and Cyprus?

Menus are the same in all.  Although each has their “exclusive items” you can get the exclusive items in all restaurants.

All have the same basic entrees (Celebrity Signature Selections) then each has their own "regional" dishes.  Cyprus a touch of Greek, Tuscan Italy, etc.  BTW, Le Voyage is fantastic and IMHO worth it.

We’ve done Edge twice and they have the same restaurants.  We like Cosmo the best.

 

What we like about the set up is that you feel like you’re trying a different restaurant each night.

Since the food is the same in them all, some people like trying a different ambiance by trying all four MDRs…others, if they find a wait staff and sommelier they like, choose to stay in one place.

Yes but from what I have heard you can order the featured dish from any of the other restaurants.

I think it comes down to ambience of each.  I like to sit in a different one each night so I feel like I am dining in a different restaurant each night.  You can get the specials for each restaurant in any of the restaurants.  There may be subtle differences.  For example, in Cyprus there is olive oil on each table to dip the bread in which I enjoy.  I’m sure you can probably get it in others if you request as well.  The 4 MDR concept is one reason I enjoy E class vessels so much.

Since I like to be seated in a table of two, I might sneak in pretending to be looking for my friend but instead I will try to find a water that seen fast and know what he/she is doing and request him for the whole week. 
maybe it is coincidence. But waiter that see you every day same table n time  connect much better than those in my time.
