Newbie Specialty dining question

Sailing early December on Insignia. We're a few weeks out from being able to book our 2 nights in each specialty restaurant.

This is probably a very long shot but is there any way to find out the what menu's are scheduled in the main dining room each day way in advance?

It's a 12 night sailing and we seem to always schedule our specialty dining on nights that the MDR has their best menu's.

No

You just have to take a chance  that  the foods you like will be repeated in the GDR 😀

Once onboard, you could try to change your specialty res. with rest desk, and go to GDR for the menu you fancy.

And I’ll add that these longer sailings tend to have a bit more availability in the specialties too, so changing may be easier than you expect.

One strategy that has served us well is to book specialties early in the voyage, then watch the menus for possible changes.
