How does one cancel an  excursion booked online through the Oceania website booked using credits. We are 5 weeks prior to cruise, and would like to change a booked excursion. I spent 50 minutes on hold, waiting to speak to someone at Oceania. I cannot find anything and tried searching on their website

Can you cancel an excursion once on board?

it depends on the type of excursion

This is important for those on the 25% discount package to keep in mind.

Especially if on longer cruises / segments.

It does raise a question however.

Lets say you are onboard for 50 days, however that 50 days is made up of 3 separate cruises / segments with  separate booking numbers.

Is this ‘embarkation day’ definition just the single one when you first join the ship, or is this definition the start of each separate cruise / segment ?

My guess it will be for each segment

Best to check  with Oceania  if you intend to cancel  any tours

Quite by happenstance, today, Saturday afternoon, I received a call from an Oceania rep, he was calling because I had saved two cruises and he was looking to try and sell me on booking but I got him to cancel my excursion instead on my booked cruise! Not sure why I answered the phone  from an unknown number, so not my nature,  but my problem solved
