There is an airport serving Tromso, so local connections from Bergen or Oslo may be available.

See https://www.visittromso.no/travel/getting-around for info on the airport transfer bus - and likely there are links from there to the carrier(s) at the airport.

 

Did a bit of peeking - the airport website has a list of airlines https://www.tromso-airport.com/airlines.php you may be able to find a suitable connection from these choices.

 

There are also some surface transportation alternatives to consider, including trains and the coastal ferry service.

Wanted to have some knowledge of my options before talking to the cruise line.  Sometimes the agent is knowledgeable and sometimes not.

You can use Google Flights to see your options.  Norwegian air flys direct to Tromso from Oslo.  It is a relatively inexpensive flight.  The airport is west of the island

As a starting point, SAS and Norwegian Air fly from Oslo to Tromsø. There are also Lufthansa flights from Frankfurt and other options depending on the time.
Plan to arrive in Tromsø no later than the day before your cruise.

Use Google flight or momondo.com to search for options.

Book the entire journey on the same flight reservation unless you choose to stay overnight in Oslo.
