You will get a receipt with the cost of the drink + 18% and the total. You can also add more gratuity if you choose or hand over some cash if you choose. The total on the receipt will show up on your cabin bill. You can also track these charges with the RCI app on your phone. The charges show up very quickly after the bar staff enter them into the computer.
