Rotterbound Posted December 10, 2023 #102 Share Posted December 10, 2023 They asked me last year when I boarded the Rotterdam if I was vaccinated. I asked them if it was required. They said no. I said than it’s none of your business. 2
durangoscots Posted December 10, 2023 #103 Share Posted December 10, 2023 I would bring vax records just to be on the safe side. The papers or cards take up very little room. By the way... when I got my latest updated shot, I asked for a card and one was produced and filled in... some locations evidently still have some stock, others don't. Rare Mary229 Posted December 10, 2023 #104 Share Posted December 10, 2023 Unless you can keep up with the capriciousness of all of the various world governments it is best to carry them. My yellow fever card has been stored with my passport for over 20 years so it goes on every trip 1

We are heading to Japan Sunday and the covid vaccine proof are with the passports and just wondering.....could those "get out of jail" cards keep me from being tested or being segregated at some point? I'm thinking leave them at home and add to the scrapbook. What are you wise and all-knowing folks doing these days? (I tried to do this as a poll but I'm not smart enough or it is not allowed for me) FWIW (Looks like this 9/2023 posting re-appeared) On our October (2023) Seattle to Japan cruise (and post cruise in Japan), the word Covid never came up and the Covid vaccine card was never needed. We've burned ours and choose to forget about the recent unpleasantness. Enjoy the journey.....without Covid vaccine cards!
Rare SumoCitrus Posted December 10, 2023 #106 Share Posted December 10, 2023 (edited) On Eurodam 11/18/2023 sailing (Caribbean) - Covid was not mentioned at all. No health Qs, no vaccine questions, nothing. No one was sick on board either or at least no one that we knew of. >> We've burned ours and choose to forget about the recent unpleasantness. I love that. Edited December 10, 2023 by SumoCitrus
