Parking options besides the $30/day garage at Cape Liberty?

There are no offsite parking facilities in the immediate Cape Liberty/Bayonne area.

The closest facilities will be in the Newark Airport area either at independent lots or at hotels that offer paid short and long term parking to travelers...mostly those flying out of EWR, but you can use them if you're cruising. You want to investigate the facilities carefully because there are a few questionable looking places, but hotel lots are generally OK as is the independent EWR lot facility The Parking Spot.

You probably won't save much if any money at The Parking Spot, particularly after adding in the cost of an Uber to and from Cape Liberty. You may find cheaper deals at some of the hotels, but again factor in the Uber cost. I would budget $100 for round trip using Uber but it could be less or more, and with surge pricing expect higher prices on cruise days than at other times.

The other issue in parking off site is inconvenience, which IMO has the biggest impact on your drive home. You'll be delaying your drive home by having to wait for your Uber to arrive and drive you to your parking facility. Just for planning purposes I would assume the trip home from the port will end up being an hour longer than it would be if you parked at the port.

Going on B2B on Anthem in December.  I know that parking at Cape Liberty is $30 a day.  Is there anywhere else in the area to park that is cheaper?

Depending on the length of the back to back from Maryland, you might want to look at Amtrak as an option into Newark Penn Station and Uber over to Cape Liberty and just leave the car at home. Two round trip Amtrak Regional tickets and the Ubers would be a lot less than $30 a day for 14 days (assuming its a 14 day B2B).

If you are driving up the day before, I would recommend the Trinity Reservation package. https://www.trinityreservations.com/
We just drove home from our 9 day on Liberty. We used Trinity for our park and stay package. SpringHill Suites (by the Newark airport), 10 nights parking, (they have a 14 night as well) breakfast and private car shuttle to and from the port. We were off Liberty this morning by 8am (self assist),  called for our pickup and within 5 minutes the car arrived. We were back in our car and on our way by 8:30am.
