Both are very good. Prime C is a high quality steakhouse - steak, rack of lamb, chateaubriand etc. Aqualina is Italian/european, also very nice.

Once onboard you’ll find a restaurant reservation table just inside Windows buffet on Deck 9. There’s likely to be another reservation table somewhere, Guest Relations can tell you where it is.  Suggest you make one of them your first call on embarkation day.
