Transportation from Miami Airport to Miami port

This is our first time cruising out of Miami and it's been difficult to find transportation from the Miami Airport to the Port and from the Port back to the Airport when we return.  Any suggestions?

Uber. Have used them for pretty much every cruise since the app started (not only in MIA, but in other ports) and it’s been great. They’re usually waiting nearby at both port and airport so your wait time is minimal. 3-5 minutes.

There is a board here for that.  It is Florida. Departures, located under North American Homeports.    There will be plenty of taxis, and Uber/Lyft.  EM

Uber has a fee to pre-order...so only if you need to.

No need to pre-order and there's some uncertainty about when your plane will land/bags available.  Same thing getting off the ship/clearing customs/etc.  Lots of Ubers and Lyfts waiting near both the port and airport.
