SweetsugarNL Posted October 27, 2023 #1 Share Posted October 27, 2023 I am wondering if there are excursions included in the transatlantic Barcelona-Miami route next year. I try to select this date on the Regent site but i cant find it in the excursions list.
GOARMY Posted October 27, 2023 #2 Share Posted October 27, 2023 Stand-by. It would be helpful if you supply name of ship; and departure date from Barcelona. Based on three experiences--one pre and the others post-COVID--either on a TA from Barcelona to Miami or NYC; or on one occasion, from Miami to Barcelona: Yes. Stops at Cadiz, Spain; and Azores, for quick examples. There were more, but I would have to dig through previous cruise files to provide additional specifics. Which I will do, shortly. More to follow. GOARMY!
GOARMY Posted October 27, 2023 #3 Share Posted October 27, 2023 Here are examples of shore stops offering excursion possibilities. This is a compilation from several of our cruises. Cadiz, Spain Santa Cruz De Tenerife, Spain San Juan, Puerto Rico Royal Naval Dock Yard, Bermuda Funchal - Madeira Island, Portugal Gibraltar, United Kingdom Other CCers will probably be able to offer additions. Flgreg Posted October 27, 2023 #4 Share Posted October 27, 2023 We're doing the reverse next month--Barcelona to Miami. 2 stops in the Canary Islands, a stop in St. Maarten and a final port in San Juan PR.
TakingFlight Posted October 27, 2023 #5 Share Posted October 27, 2023 I am on the Barcelona to Miami Mariner cruise in November next year. If you log into your account you will see all the ports included in the itinerary listed. Click on the day for that port. For example, Funchal, Madeira. It tells me that the excursions are not available yet but it will list all the excursions they have offered in the past so you can get a preview of the possibilities. It also says that they hope to have the excursions listed 365 days in advance. This will be my first Regent cruise and so far all this makes sense to me. Hope this helps you.

edgee Posted October 28, 2023 #7 Share Posted October 28, 2023 Excursions are often not listed for itineraries that are farther out in the schedule. We are cruising Miami to Barcelona in March of next year and have a large choice of included excursions.

Jim B Posted October 31, 2023 #15 Share Posted October 31, 2023 Sweet Sugar NL Are you talking about the 11/13/2023 Splendor cruise Barcelona to Miami? Also have you looked at the Regent "roll call" here on Cruise Critic?
