It's the things they claim are "NEW!" which used to be included that piss me off. Medallion shipping, Casual Dining, Ocean Now delivery, Room Service, Fresh Juice. (I will really miss the juice on our upcoming cruise.) If it was "part of the package" or "available to everybody at no extra charge" and is now an extra charge I don't consider it "NEW!" other than the "new" gouging. Yes, I can "upgrade" and get what I was originally promised for only an extra $200 but that doesn't sit well with me. I agree that it was a trashy move by Princess but I lay it directly at the feet of John Padgett.

I understand how you feel but I was also upset to not be able to get into sushi bars or Alfredo’s without hours waiting timel

the old medallion app is closing out as of March 8 so I will be unpinning this thread today and will close it once the app is no longer working.
