Retreat luggage drop off

No big area like that.    Even in an Upper suite I have been given a window sign for the driver to get up to the "Special Delivery Desk".   Many times the temperamental police just blows their whistle and direct the car to the fist open place.

Regardless of where I get out I just hand to the first porter I see and be done with it.

I have seen a Suites Sign and a big cart but not worth the bother to drag it all that distance.

Terminal 25 is the one in FLL that has a special drop off area. If you are in an upper suite they will transport your luggage directly to your room. If you give it to the terminal porters it may take a while. You have to have the sign provided by Celebrity to access the area.

Given how easy the process was for checking in at FLL into my Sky Suite last year through the special Retreat entrance, honestly, I would have just brought my luggage with me if I had a do-over. It was under 5 minutes from entering the front door to making it on the ship. The time we spent having Celebrity reviewing our paperwork we were allowed to sit on a Comfy sofa, and there was plenty of space for our bags to sit along side us.

Using the porters, I didn't see my luggage again for a few hours -- it wasn't terrible, but it would have been nice to have access to my stuff immediately, and really wouldn't have been hard considering there was no waiting at any moment.

Sort of like bringing it with you but Celebrity workers bring it to your room instead of transporting it yourself. The luggage arrives to your room when you do.

I got it, I don’t think that’s an official benefit of the Sky Suite, and I don’t mind dealing with my own luggage as long as there’s not a long line. I never use a bellman at hotels.

IIRC, I was escorted all the way to my room from the check in desk area at the port, though, so they may have volunteered if I had luggage.

At FLL, is there a special area to drop off luggage for retreat guests? Similar to the white tent for yacht club on MSC.

Yes.  It's past the general luggage drop area.  Identified by big signs.  There's no white tent like MSC Yacht Club, but there are plenty of people there to direct you up to the suite/Zenith lounge.

We were the first ones on the ship yesterday.  Dropped our luggage at the suite/Zenith area with the porters.  Mine still hadn't come after 3:00 p.m.  My cabin attendant went looking for it and brought it to me shortly after that.  I think that's the latest my luggage has ever been delivered to my cabin.
