cruisin from florida Posted December 3, 2023 #1 Share Posted December 3, 2023 We booked the TA that will bring Brilliance to Boston in September 2025. I'd love to make it a b2b (or b2b2b), depending on where she goes next. If you're interested in the same, this is the thread for any deployment news and gossip. 😁

cruisin from florida Posted December 3, 2023 Author #3 Share Posted December 3, 2023 Agree. I am following that thread. With the lack of much new deployment news, the thread sometimes drifts. Also sometimes the older ships get buried. The prices of the TA jumped during the very first day it was open, so I'm hoping to get in early on the subsequent itinerary. 😁

TY No idea, but our JS guarantee is a total of 7075 for two people, including port taxes and gratuities. Plus we got some OBC from a nextcruise booking, and more stockholder OBC. I think the suites go fastest on these longer, more unique itineraries. Edited December 3, 2023 by cruisin from florida

On suites the extra Savings nrd is usually greater than the D+ discount and the 2 are not combinable.
Ashland Posted December 4, 2023 #8 Share Posted December 4, 2023 I believe the Canada N/E itineraries come out in Feb 2024 for 2025. Looking forward to this release of the 9 nights out of Cape Liberty again.
ChollaChick Posted January 29 #9 Share Posted January 29 We just booked the TA from Southampton as well. No way we can get the time off work for another cruise but I will live vicariously through you! This is a huge bucket list cruise for us - it's a belated 30 year anniversary celebration and a couple other celebrations mixed in.

We were excited to learn that when those sailings are done, she will reposition to San Juan by way of Bermuda, Antigua and Tortola (a new port for us),so we booked it and the following sailing that goes back to Tortola, Aruba, and Curaçao and back to San Juan. Making it a 14 night cruise makes the flight back to Boston from San Juan much more attractive.
cruisin from florida Posted February 29 Author #12 Share Posted February 29 I was really hoping for Quebec! We did the snowbird migration from Quebec City to Fort Lauderdale in 2019. It was amazing.

negc Posted March 2 #18 Share Posted March 2 We will be joining you for the second and third legs of your trip. It may be interesting to see the reaction from the owners of tourism-related businesses in Bar Harbor, if the restrictions adversely affect their revenue. Many folks who live in tourism areas claim to be happy when the season ends and the tourists go home, but eventually realize the impact that their absence has on their economy. Maybe the limit will achieve some sort of balance, but I am doubtful.

lovesthebeach2 Posted March 4 #23 Share Posted March 4 We are also on that TA and I was watching and hoping to make it a B2B too, but when I saw the schedule it was not for us. I hoped it would go south but since it’s going north, I passed. But we’ll see you on the TA! You’ll find us in Schooner 😉
negc Posted March 10 #24 Share Posted March 10 Once their ships do a TA from Europe to Boston, they always do several Canada/New England cruises before heading south for the winter months. Those cruises are very popular with leaf peepers who want to view the spectacular Fall foliage and there would be little incentive to head south any sooner than they do and so they get both the people who want to visit some Canadian provinces and, a few weeks later, those who are looking for an enjoyable cruise to the warmer climes of Florida and the Caribbean.
