Suite lounge for Star class?

I believe Star class suites get access to Coastal Kitchen and suite Lounge all day. If that is correct, please advise if the Suite Lounge still serves complimentary beer and wine from 11 AM to late night. If not on a ship with Star class suites, does the suite lounge offer any complimentary drinks for suite guests.?

The diff with Q class is that they don't have the 11-11 beer/wine in the SL.

Star Class includes the drink package so you can drink whenever a bar is open anywhere on the ship.
