raineyo Posted December 4, 2023 #1 Share Posted December 4, 2023 Am I the only one having problems when I sign onto my celebrity account? I get an error message saying bad gateway. Request header. Cookie to large. 400 Bad request. This has been going on for a long time. I am trying to access from my iPad. In the past the iPad was not a problem. Any suggestions? Thanks
benatty Posted December 4, 2023 #2 Share Posted December 4, 2023 I have been getting it all the time over the last few weeks. I find if I clear out my browser history i can get back in, at least for a few days. I sent an email to Celebrity but heard nothing. Like most cruise lines, their website leaves a lot to be desired. cbfb Posted December 4, 2023 #3 Share Posted December 4, 2023 I haven’t been able to get on in quite some time unless I use the private browser. No issues that way.
doghog Posted December 4, 2023 #4 Share Posted December 4, 2023 No issues using my Laptop/Windows10/ Google Chrome.
Jumping Cruiser Posted December 4, 2023 #5 Share Posted December 4, 2023 It hasn’t worked for me on Safari (Apple Browser) for around a month now. I find that it works on Google/Chrome app though. Again, I reported the issue, but nothing has changed.
paulh84 Posted December 4, 2023 #6 Share Posted December 4, 2023 400 errors are almost always client side (your problem - not theirs). Try clearing your cache and cookies.

Rare 81Zoomie Posted December 4, 2023 #9 Share Posted December 4, 2023 Can’t get in with Safari, chrome, or Firefox. Only Dolphin works for me. It’s been like this for weeks. Clearing my cache was a very temporary fix.
screwsmcernst Posted December 5, 2023 #10 Share Posted December 5, 2023 I haven't had a problem logging in... Yet. There are some sub-headings that I have tried to click on, and I would get the "Bad Request" message. I always (tongue in cheek) chalk it up to IT Department needing to have things to fix to keep their jobs. 😉 It can be quite aggravating though. FIL had trouble logging in when he used Edge. I told him to try in chrome, and everything worked out fine.
