Room Service Questions

We chose the Premiere Package and we were wondering if the beverage package includes those on the Room Service menu.  Also, is the Premiere Room Service Menu different from the basic Room Service Menu?  If so, is the menu available somewhere?  I know some ships have an expanded menu depending on the package you choose.  Thanks!

Believe it does, we are premier folks also.  Only time I seen an extra charge was when I go over the value amount of a drink.  I’ve never hit the daily limit! 🙄

We have the plus package and are onboard emerald right now, have been ordering bottles of water and canned pop to the room on the package

Yes, the beverage package, whether Plus or Premier, covers delivery of drinks to the stateroom via room service/Ocean Now delivery.  

No, there's not an expanded or extra room service menu for Premier Cruise Package purchasers.  Same room service menu whether you booked a standard no frills fare or a Plus or Premier Cruise Package add-on.  

 

The only "expanded" room service menu is for those on a full suite, who have the perk of ordering off the MDR menu during operating times in addition to the standard room service menu.

Yes you can order coffee and some breakfast items.

Anyone, regardless of whether they've bought a Cruise Package or not, can order breakfast/coffee via the room service door tag for "free" - no charge, it's included for everyone.

 

Those who've purchased the Plus or Premier Cruise Package can order anything from room service at any time (given availability times) with no delivery charges. 

Other than the breakfast via door hanger card, those without on of the 2 Cruise Packages will pay $5 per delivery when ordered via room phone, or a one time Ocean Now delivery activation fee of $14.99 and then can use the app to order food or drinks - including coffee, etc, for delivery anywhere on the ship including to the cabin.
