Trying to buy Have It All

My cruise leaves this Friday, so I thought I would buy the HIA and use my sapphire reserve $300 credit. When I add it to the cart, it’s a negative balance and says no further payment is needed. When I click confirm, it says there is a problem. Any idea what this means?  Or just another HAL glitch.

No idea, but best way to get it done is to call in.

If your 'credit' is onboard credit then you will not be able to use it until you board the ship.

I believe the OP said it was a $300 credit on a credit card.

Success. PurchasedHIA using the chase sapphire reserve. Charge $495 . $300 statement credit will show up shortly. Not so bad. This is 9 nights
