Finally, the bar / restaurant that I'd come all this way for was open... I really needed to use their restroom by then...

This is the kind of place with incredibly fancy cocktails. Think Alchemy Bar but in a whole nother level... I just started at the top of the menu...

Then, this happened. A totally unique drink with a piece of chocolate covered bacon on top... Next level type of stuff.

I got up and took a few pictures of the inside of the place while I was there...

My glass was empty now, so I moved on to the next drink on the menu, the Nu Mai Tai.

After that, the next... Thyme for mezcal...

By now I was feeling pretty good... Remember I'd been over at the El Batey just a little while before for a few drinks... I figured that this bartender was plenty competent, so I had him make me a top shelf margarita with Don Julio Anejo...

I really wanted to try some of the food there, but the kitchen still wasn't open yet, and I didn't want to miss the ship. I wouldn't mind living out of the country for awhile, but I didn't want to just be left there with next to nothing... It was time to start making my way back towards the Celebration...

So then I was back in board... Dinner was at Emeril's, and that's where I've been sitting ever since typing all this... I guess that I need to get up and see what's next...

My original plan was to come back and take another shower before going back out around the ship again, but now I'm probably going to have one MAYBE two more drinks then I'm done...
