? Tipping with beverage package

One thought from a German guest. 
we buy the premium package for 10 Day Cruise, and pay over 1000€ included Tips, per Person. I think this is enough. Of course, we tip every day on another bar 5 Dollar.

I took singles on my Beyond Cruise but didn’t use them for bar tips.  Why?  Because as others have said, I pay 20%.  Sometimes if I had to sign I’d give extra.  
 

I tipped extra at Ensemble Lounge.  Once I waited almost 15 minutes for some martini flights at the Martini Bar.  And at World Class Bar they were out of a wine I wanted.  Why tip 30% for that?  
 

I ordered a $33 glass of scotch at the Ensemble Lounge and tipped a little extra.  Was it harder to pour the expensive scotch versus the cheap one?  I liked the waiters but I had to say three times yes, I really did want that glass of scotch.  Pretty please.  That was despite being a regular for most of the cruise.

No, I don’t think so.  My driver only gets a 10% tip and he thanks ME!

We tip the drink servers in the casino consistently. Any other tipping for drinks is random. We have no hard and fast rule about tipping but we bring extra cash just in case.
