One of my best friends had a stroke while on board and had to be offloaded to hospital on St Kitts. So we have been tied up with helping all that we could. So I am back now and will download more video later this morning. How awful! Hope your friend has a quick and complete recovery.

joand452 Posted January 31 #732 Share Posted January 31 Thank you, @cruisinghawg, for all your videos! I've only been to Havensite once and downtown Charlotte Amalie twice. Since we sail mostly big ships, we hope Crown Bay gets a little more action and shops. To us, not much there now, but at least it's somewhere DH can take his scooter to! He appreciates being able to get off the ship. We were on Apex in 2022. But it tendered in a couple of places, so... She's a beautiful ship, and I highly recommend sailing on X, at least once! Very different demographics than Royal, and I don't just mean the lack of kids!
Luckynana Posted January 31 #733 Share Posted January 31 @cruisinghawgI do hope that your friend will be okay. Glad to hear your friend got airlifted to a US hospital.

Thanks in advance Trev and Chels went through it on the full ship tour (at 1:02:59 mark): Looks nice, but I'll be traveling with my littles so $180 is too rich for my blood for the amount of time I'd actually be able to spend there during the week. ....and yet after seeing the CHOGS in an earlier picture, I'm gonna splurge on the Hideaway day bed and send them to Adventure Ocean for the afternoon (I am full of inconsistencies 😅)

Is in in the Central Park? It is out of the way and there is a pole there so it’s be difficult for people to trip over it. 16 hours ago, Orange jeep said: On Icon of Seas does anyone have pictures of inside accessible cabin? Here you go- Interior Accessible Cabin. 21 hours ago, Jimbo said: Wow, bad enough with no windows in there to look out at the ocean, but please at least dim those lights, way to bright in there to relax ! Time to invest in some new mooring lines so they look new like the rest of the ship. The lighting in the Crown Lounge is fine. Icon’s mooring rope seems pretty new compare to Cebtity Apex’s mooring. Rare ReneeFLL Posted January 31 #739 Share Posted January 31 Sail away from St. Thomas. All the years I've been carrying a fan, I never thought to bring it out on the balcony. It's hot out here.

Rare ReneeFLL Posted January 31 #742 Share Posted January 31 Star and Pinnacle seating in the Royal Theater. No thanks. They are the white chairs with no drink holders. They aren't that comfortable either

Rare ReneeFLL Posted January 31 #744 Share Posted January 31 To correct a mistake I made earlier about the Overlook Pods. These aren't hot tubs like we were told. I guess I should have gone up instead of asking. It's an area to sit and look out. It's a nice view and they have air coming out where your feet are so it's not so hot because of the sun

I can tell just from the picture that those seats are not going to be comfortable to spend any length of time sitting in. Did they learn nothing from Two70 on Q class? And I'm not even going to start on Allure's cabin balcony chairs.

Are there that many "Star and Pinnacle" that simply want their own space to feel special , to the point that they can be given the least comfortable and functional chairs , and that is irrelevant ? ... ?
