Well, I heard from Radiology scheduling this afternoon. I am scheduled for the procedure on February 22nd. Not unexpected, since this doctor is the only one in town who does this procedure. So I'll have to put up with the pain for another 4 weeks (there was no cancellation list).

Vanessa, I am really glad you finally have an appointment but I so wish you didn’t have to wait that long and tolerate the pain for another 4 weeks 😢

What was not routine was the aftermath of the Oncology visit.  Despite the round   of radiation my PSA showed a significant rise.  I knew of this about noon, and later got messages from my oncologist that he wants to start me on a new pill.  We have played telephone tag for 2 days but I have no further information on what is involved.

Oh my Roy 😢. I am so sorry to hear this 😢. I hope that the new pill will help 🙏 You are in my prayers 🙏

We did make it ashore and had long tour. It was wow! Pictures tomorrow.

Time for a shower and prepare for White Night’s Buffet and Pool Deck Party.

Walked over 4 miles today and a lot of it was up and down hills. Phew!
We are here overnight and will leave tomorrow around noon.

Getting on and off tenders with the swells was challenging for all.

It’s so wonderful you got there. 👍 Kudos to you two for the Enders and the walking up and down.

Have a fabulous party tonight and may those memories last a lifetime.

I assume you were out of Maryland before the rain.  I hope you had it dry all the way back.

Looks like our weather is wetter but warmer in the next week.  Here is my saga about dealing with my TV provider, originally Direct TV, but now controlled by AT&T.  They asked me if I wanted to look at Max, or HBO Max for a couple of month for free.  I said OK, tried it an wasn't impressed.  My latest bill said I would be charged about $16 a month unless I cancelled.  Spent about an hour on their website and couldn't find a way to cancel.  So I called the 800 number on my bill and talked to two computers until finally a nice lady from Idaho answered.  We talked about the weather here and there and she said, sure, I can cancel that. Asked if I had other questions, and I asked why my bill went up a dollar this month.  She couldn't answer that, but said she could reduce my bill by $20. a month for the next 12 months.  So now I am a happier Direct TV customer.

Late to the party, but hope @Cruising-along has a great one!  Or had if she crossed the date line!

@cunnorl and @dfish congratulations on the new babies  always so precious, and we so enjoy seeing those photos.

@RMLincoln Great news!  Now the healing can begin!

@JazzyV sorry you have to wait!

@kazu yikes, glad Ivan is helping you

Today we went for a wonderful lunch to the winner of the James beard award last year.  Sadly this over one hundred year old  restaurant and hotel, the Manago has been sold.

@aliaschief wonderful news, the swells have been crazy here, so I was worried.

@dfish yes on the Nanaimo bars, yum!,

@Quartzsite Cruiser love how you roll, gelato is mandatory at least once, preferably twice a day!

in Hawaii, it’s bubbies mochi stuffed with ice cream, preferably with passion fruit!

image.thumb.jpeg.bbbf95090aef4e702522ce672af78445.jpegIt almost seemed a shame to open this beautiful beer can celebrating 150 years of Holland America Line. We were aboard the Koningsdam returning from Alaska 2023 and sampling everything on the drink menu with my beverage package. This was in the casino bar.
