Apex - hidden "signal" to know which way to the front of the ship or which side you're on?

Some ships use red carpet on the port side and blue on the starboard. Some ships have a pattern of arrowheads or swimming fish pointing to the ship's front so you can always look down and know if you're walking towards the front of the ship or the back.

Anything like that on Apex?

I think they use Maize and Blue. 😉

Well, as to which side you are on, Celebrity has odd numbered cabins port side and even numbers starboard side.  Otherwise if the numbers are getting larger you are headed aft.
