Pillow menu in Aqua??

We haven't cruised for a few years - Covid epidemic etc - but are on Equinox in April in an Aqua cabin.  The last time we sailed a choice of pillows was available.  Celebrity used to have an orthopaedic pillow, which was great for my bad neck!  Is this service still in existence?   Many thanks.  OD

You can ask your cabin attendant to change the pillows.  We were in a veranda recently and the pillows were too soft for DH, he spoke with the attendant and got a pillow he liked.

We always ask for specific pillows and never have a issue.

We always just ask for what we want regarding pillows and receive our requests.  Doesn't make any difference if folks are in an Aqua class stateroom or not.

I have not seen a menu but we have been able to ask for different pillows to our liking.
